First : In the bare pipe, check the surface oil, steel pipe pits, delamination, weld shape and height, etc.

Second: After removing the rust, check the anchor depth (see the anchor pattern for a finer detail) Third: 3LPE anti-corrosion after completion inspection: EDM leak detection, peel strength (60 ° C and room temperature), FBE thickness, overall thickness of the anti-corrosion layer; laboratory to do 30 days and 24 hours of cathode stripping, indentation strength, anti-bending , 1000 hours of water soaking, etc.
Fourth: The electric spark detector can be applied during the electric spark leak detection. This equipment adopts the principle of digital circuit control and pulse generation. The unique one-button switch automatically enters the charging state during charging. The digital circuit structure makes the indication value more stable and the detection of high-voltage pulses is more stable. The aluminum alloy casing makes the whole machine more beautiful and durable.
Fifth: If the pipeline is required to be protected, a heat shrinkable belt can be used.
