1. Clean up the dust in the pipeline, polish the edges of the pipeline and both sides of the weld to make the groove have a metallic luster. The pipe center is located at the other end of the two pipes. Three spot welding along the pipe circumference (the length of the weld is about 4mm, the height is about 5mm). Two pipes are in place. A 2-3mm thick protective layer is used to weld the welds around the pipeline. The surface of the welding flange is lubricated, and there are no defects such as cracks, pores, and sand holes.
2. Before the high-pressure flange device, it should be measured and numbered one by one. A set of pipe joints with a small diameter should be selected for butt welding. When the pipes are spliced on the ground, 14cm*14cm sleepers should be used to level the pipes, iron pipes should not be used, and pipe rolling should be minimized to avoid external corrosion that damages the pipes.
3. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, asbestos should be covered after welding. After welding, the slag will be removed. After the pipeline is aligned, the flatness should be checked and measured at a distance of 200m from the center of the interface. The allowable error is 1mm m/m, but the allowable error of the total length is not more than 10mm. After the pipe is aligned, it should be cushioned firmly to avoid deformation during welding.
4. The internal and external anti-corrosion coatings of the high-pressure flange joints should be checked before the pipe is down, and the pipe can be removed only after being qualified. When the pipe section is composed of down pipes, the length and increase interval of the pipe section should be determined according to the pipe diameter, wall thickness, the type of information of the outer anti-corrosion layer and the method of down pipe. The sling should be made of soft materials such as hose sheathed steel wire rope or power rope to avoid damage to the outer anti-corrosion layer of the steel pipe. The distance from the starting point of the flange to the interface should not be less than the pipe diameter, and should not be less than 100 mm. The welding rod used in the pipe joints should meet the design and standard requirements.
