Weld concentric reducer
Concentric reducer has two types, one us seamless concentric reducer, the other one is weld concentric reducer. The material of seamless reducer is steel pipe, but the material of weld reducer is steel plate.
Concentric reducer is used to connect the pipe section or tube section on the same axis. Concentric reducer is conical, which usually used for diameter deviation between pipes. The two ends of concentric reducer have different diameters to achieve the purpose of connecting two pipes owith different diameters. Its smaller end is connected with a smaller pipe, while the larger end is connected with a larger pipe. The end of the concentric reducer is placed together through a tapered transition part to form a single component. The ends of the concentric reducer can be seamlessly integrated or welded. For example, when the 2 "pipe transition to 1" pipe, the top or bottom of the pipe does not need to maintain the level. This pipe reducer can be used when there is a change in diameter or a plurality of diameters. Unlike the eccentric reducer, the concentric reducer has a common central line. Concentric reducers are useful when cavitation is present. Eccentricity occurs when the center line is offset. The diameter of weld concentric reducer is big than seamless reducer, which is generally from 26 inch to 72 inch and commonly used for low pressure pipelines.
